Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds, reprints, and cancellations work for products purchased fromHVAC Marketing Engine, LLC. It is part of ourTerms of Service.
1. Our proof-first promise
Every printed order includes a PDF proof, and nothing goes to print until you approve it. Please review your proof carefully — spelling, phone numbers, layout, and colors — because production begins from the file you approve.
2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the proof you approved, we’ll make it right. Emailsupport@hvacmarketingengine.comwithin 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We will reprint the order or issue a refund.
3. Custom and personalized products
Because printed marketing materials are custom-made for you, they generallycannot be returned or refunded once you’ve approved the proof and the order has gone to production, except where the order is defective or incorrect as described above.
4. Cancellations and changes
- Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible.
- If your order has not yet gone to production (i.e., before proof approval), we can usually cancel it for a full refund or make changes.
- Once an order is in production or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, though the damaged/defective protections above still apply.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Once processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when a refund is due to our error (for example, a defective or incorrect order).
7. Marketing services
This policy covers products purchased through our shop. Refunds, credits, and cancellations for marketing services (website design, SEO, advertising, and related work) are governed by the separate Service Agreement for that engagement, not by this policy.
8. How to request a refund or reprint
Email support@hvacmarketingengine.comwith your order number and a description of the issue (plus photos for damage or misprints). We’ll respond promptly and walk you through the next steps.
